All fees in Canadian dollars; HST extra. Additional fees apply for rush service or complex matters.

  • Affidavit or Statutory Declaration; Preparation and commissioning (per document): $75 – $120
  • Affidavit ( Complex; Custom drafting): $150 – $250
  • Power of Attorney ( Property or Personal Care; execution guidance, witnessing): $150 each / $250 both
  • Simple Will (Basic will, no trust provisions): $250 – $350
  • Mirror Wills (Couple); Reciprocal wills for spouses: $450 – $600
  • Separation Agreement (Customized agreement with standard clauses): $350 – $450
  • Cohabitation / Prenuptial Agreement (Tailored draft & consultation):  $450 – $650
  • Invitation Letter (for Visa/IRCC); Formal IRCC-compliant letter:  $120 – $175
  • Letter of Explanation / Support – IRCC or general legal correspondence: $120 – $175
  • RIN Letter (MTO) ( Ownership / address confirmation): $100 – $150

  • Independent Contractor Agreement (Customized for small business or freelancer): $250 – $450
  • Business Start-Up Package (Registration, minute book, resolutions): $650 – $950
  • Shareholder / Partnership Agreement (Standard structure, under 20 pages): $850 – $1,200
  •  Corporate Policy Suite (Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, HR Policy): $950 – $1,500

COURT & LITIGATION SUPPORT SERVICES

  • Document Filing (in-person or e-filing); Filing of court or tribunal documents: $50 – $125 + disbursements
  • Process Serving (Includes affidavit of service): $95 – $175 + mileage
  • Rush / Same-Day Service (Guaranteed same-day attempt): Add $75
  • Document Retrieval (Search and obtain filed documents) : $75 – $150 + copy fees
  • Land Registry / Title Search (Ontario registry system): $75 – $125 + gov’t fees
  • Corporate / PPSA Search (Corporate profile or lien search): $75 + disbursements
  • Commissioning / Notarizing Only (Without drafting): $35 – $50 per seal

LEGAL RESEARCH & WRITING SUPPORT SERVICES

  • Legal Research Memorandum (Statutory or case-law research (per hour)): $120 – $175 per hour
  • Case Brief / Summary (litigation support): $175 – $250 per hour
  • Policy / Advocacy Letter ( For NGOs or social projects):$450 – $650

OTHER SERVICES

  • Certified True Copy / Notarization (Per document): $40 – $50
  • Travel Fee (off-site service):Within Ottawa: $40 + mileage
  • Rush / After-Hours Premium (Outside regular hours): Add $75

    • Payment accepted via e-transfer, credit card, or business invoice.
