Meet Andrea A. Howell

Andrea A. Howell, Lawyer & Notary Public, is a dual-trained lawyer with experience in both Jamaican and Ontario law. With a background in law, business, and municipal planning, Andrea brings almost twenty years of expertise in legal drafting, advocacy, and justice system navigation.

Andrea is also a PhD candidate in Law and Legal Studies, where her research explores reparative justice, law, and social transformation. Her passion for clear communication and accessible justice inspired the creation of Andrea A Howell Law Group — a bridge between complex legal processes and real human needs.
